You would think, but looking at the PS Jailbreak thread (apart from people bickering) some people haven't found this FAQ yet as they're still asking the same questions over and over...

so if i pay 140 and sony patches it up in a month. What does my warranty cover???? thats the real question. am i out of 140 or will i be refunded or pushed and update?

What they're saying is that they will garuntee the dongle as long as you stay on 3.41 (Which means when sony release an update you'll no longer have PSN access). As soon as you decide to upgrade and theoretically loose it's functionality then they will not accept it as a return because you decided to update and void the use of the PS Jailbreak.

Long story short, you're stuck on 3.41 until they patch the dongle allowing you to upgrade to a higher firmware and retain use of the dongle.

If the dongle stops working while you're on 3.41 then they will look into replacing it for you provided you haven't opened the dongle up and violated the integrity of the internal chip (no idea why you would do that though considering the price you'd paid for it).

Glad to see that a few of the games I like are mentioned as "working" If anyone finds out if Modnation Racers, God Of War III and Super Street Fighter IV work please let me know..hopefully this works on future games coming out next month as well
