1. Call Sony
2. Tell them you have jailbroken your PS3
3. Explain to them that you are interested in downloading games from the internet
4. They will give you a special update called 3.50 that lets you play downloaded games (not just the ones you rip yourself)
5. They will then give you access to their servers that have all the games
