Progskeet downgrade

Hello everyone.
i am a little bit confused about progskeet downgrade.. i have a 320GB slim ps3 and its factory firmware was 3.41, currently its running Kmeaw 3.55 QA flagged. A friend of mine gave me AC Revelation ad i Bought MW3 and Driver SanFrancisco and i really want to update to 4.0 in order to play those game. i read a lot about progskeet downgrade,, what i need in order to downgrade? are there available any solderless NOR clip? is it possible to dualboot (using 2 hhd)?

Try searching, there is a lot of info on dual booting. e3 flasher or progskeet.
