Progskeet 1.2 QSB for PS3
Progskeet 1.2 QSB for PS3 –
Been reading across various sites and want to verify my conclusions and this site seems to be 1) Respectful of noobs questions and 2) Has a good balance of knowledge and experience
- PS3 Quick Solder Board for Progskeet is just a concept at this point T/F?
- Even if a QSB comes to market there are no solder points on a CECHA01 Fat model, soldering to the NANDs themselves is required for these models T/F?
- Santa Clause is not real T/F?

actually, Infectus is much cheaper and made in Europe, as well it was offering downgrade before any of the other solutions. so, the only disadvantage is the availability, because it's out of production for a long time too, but it's still quite possible to find and buy one. last, but not least it works with solder-less NAND clip (aka 360 Clip 48).

you can watch this Youtube video: Clip 360 + Infectus on PS3 - YouTube
actually it shows a problem, workaround for it and how Infectus successfully read and write the NAND on PS3, as well it shows solder-less 360 NAND clip connected to the PS3 from one side and from the other side with wires to the Infectus,
last, resource you need is: Hardware flashing - PS3 Development Wiki
and more specifically "Pinout Table" there where you can learn how to wire the 360 solder-less NAND clip to Infectus - the simple way in my opinion to do that is to solder pins from 2.54mm header to Infectus (that's ultra easy even if you've never solder in your life) and use "1 pin dual-female jumper" wires to connect again solder-less Infectus to the 360 NAND clip.
This has helped me too.
That explains the Out of Stock on so many sites!
Vronz is it the Infectus or Infectus 2 I need? I may have found a UK seller with some Infectus
