problems with infamous 2

I recently downloaded infamous 2 and the files didnt come with any folders. im wondering if i can just put the files in the bce---- folder or if certain files have to be in specific folders. im new to this and every game i have downloaded to this point has been already set up. any help is much obliged. thanks
