problem with the PS3 3.55 update jailbreak stop at 99%

Hi, I have a problem with my ps3 console. Yesterday morning enclosed console and did not start as always just get a message appeared that the system can not run itself and you need to hook up the usb controller and update it to 3.55. Of course, I did everything the instructions given on the screen until the point where, the update stopped at 99% and still no budge. I waited about an hour and nothing, restarted the system and now the whole time starts immediately and is updated at 99%, and so each time. I try to start the recovery but you can not run recovery because it takes the same action that is from 1 .. 99% and stop, I tried to write it as 3.41, 3.55, 3.61 but I can not run normally shine as lights shone. I had uploaded to Jailbreak 3.55 plus I do not know how to fix it, please help, otherwise the children will hate me, thanks and sorry for my english

Ooh, this is a tough one, seeing as you have left out alot of info

- What is your PS3 model?
- What firmware are you trying to load onto it right now, OFW 3.55 or CFW 3.55?
- Which CFW do you want to install?
- What does, "Yesterday morning enclosed console", mean?

Possible fixes?

- Make sure the USB device that has the firmware on it is FAT32 format. If you need something to make your device FAT32, see the second link in my sig.
- Make sure the update is named PS3UPDAT.pup, and it is located in "usb:/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.pup".
- Make sure to try to install OFW 3.55 first. After that is successfull, install CFW 3.55 through the XMB, or RECOVERY menu.

Other things from your post I do not understand:
