    Hey guys ,
I backup 2 games of mine lets call them "Game A" & Game B" to my external HD.

I boot the PS with htc desire JB and it's working good .

When i am going to the backup manager i do see both of those games with 2 options "delete" / "Load".

In the Disc tray there is another game lets call it "Game C".

Now i choose "Game B" and press "Load" , it's returning me to the XMB but still showing me "Game C" as on the game to play .

I tried that several times without sucess.

The games on the external HD are places on root/GAMEZ/game folder

Anybody had this problem and can help ?
    Thanks !

This exact thing happened to me.

Turns out one of the hex files that was labelled as being patched actually was not. So I downloaded a different pack of hex files and re-flashed and it was fine after that.

When saying hex do you mean this : psfreedom.com/wiki/HTC_Desire

Or you mean the backup manager file ?

From where did you download the "working" hex ?

    Thanks man.

Are you using the recovery image from the Psfreedom site ? or some other build (I know there was an open desire 4.0.4 one, and some others)

    EDIT //

If its the recovery image, then you need to choose either

"Blu-Ray emulation: This is the standard payload with Blu-Ray emulation support, which allows you to play backups."

    Or

"Blu-Ray emulation with peek/poke: This is the same as "Blu-Ray emulation", with additional peek and poke system calls. It is based on the PSGroove 1.1 payload."

If you choose either of the other two, it will fail to load [b]backups[/i]
Make sure you butter the non reflective side of your CD's / DVD's and Blu-Rays so that when you drop them, they land butter side down thus preventing scratches.
