Is it possible to jailbreak PS3 version 3.70 and 3.66?

Greetings from Montenegro,
I have found many of files through web saying versions 3.66 and 3.70 can be hacked.
Is it real? Can i use internet after jailbreaking?

no there are currently no JB methods for 3.66 or 3.70 (actually nothing above 3.55)

could be anywhere from 1 month to 1 year or never. there is no ETA.
