possibility to play without working bd board?!?

hey there

the ps3 is now "fully" hacked so ->

i wonder if there will be a way to
play games, demos without a working bd drive connected?

mine is dead, so i bought a new one - but unfortunatelly, the board
is married with the motherboard - so nothing works!!

or will it be possible to divorce the old board and marry the new board
with the motherboard?

ok, i read trough some forums and found some threads telling that in factory service mode -> downgrade and then an upgrade - should remarry the boards.

it didnt worked for me ;-(
