Plz help me don't want ban on both consoles

I just received the $ony email but it just an generic one.
Don't know how they know I have CFW. And I never used the new PSN bypass method.

I have a PHAT that I used in the past with 3.41 and PS3key.
Also I bought a SLIM just so I could play online.

Before I updated the PHAT to 3.55 Kmeaw I tested Kmeaw on the SLIM which allready had 3.55 OFW a while back when PSN was still working.

After a while I updated the PHAT 3.41 to 3.55 Kmeaw.

I deleted all the installed software (XMB) on the SLIM and installed OFW (XMB).

A week ago I installed 3.56 on the SLIM.
But now i'm affraid that maybe there is still something left on the SLIM that is being detected.

What is the best way to completly erase and make the SLIM original again.
Because if I get a PSN ban i'm screwed with the SLIM on 3.56.

i actually think, sony will be okay with your slim as long as it's running 3.56 OFW (which i am sure they can tell)

best to just do a harddrive wipe and reinstall 3.56

How do I reinstall 3.56? Recovery or XMB?

I don't think it will let you re-install through xmb so do it via recovery. If you didn't the first time, format your hdd prior to doing this. Don't worry btw, i'm sure you'll be fine.

Just did a quickformat in XMB followed by system update 3.56 in recovery.
I connected to PSN and downloaded all my bought games again.
No problems and no ban.
