    Hey all,

I really hate to post this thread, because I feel like I'm missing something. I've been searching and searching, but I can't find anything along the lines of CFW and this error message. I am currently running Rebug on 3.41 with th latest spoofing/patches. I have it set to rebugg mode (system version shows 4.00) but I still get this message when trying to play a Jurassic Park blu ray disk.

I apologize if I missed the answer somewhere. Is it possible to play newer blu-rays without having to resort to OFW?

    Thank you.

    Finally found my answer :|

"To play this BD, you must renew the encryption key.
Perform a system software update to renew the encryption key.

If you are getting this message it means the decryption key on the blueray movie is too new for your firmware to handle and unfortunatly a spoof wont fix it. Even hacking the ps3 wont fix it. Updating is the only way, but if you update to 3.55, then you can only play BD's with a key that 3.55 can handle and some BD releases, say within the last 3 months or so do infact require a firmware higher than 3.55."
