Hey guys, I upgraded my internal hard drive and backed up my my photos folder via FTP, now I transferred the photos folder back to the PS3 but none of the folders are showing under photos. Is there an easy way to get them to show (rebuild database?) without causing problems with all the homebrew and games I have installed on the drive? I'm on Kmeaw 3.55. Thanks!

I heard rebuilding database works. But Why not just use the XMB to copy them back?

I was considering that but I already copied them over via FTP, also I thought if I transferred them over all together via USB they would all go into one single folder and wouldn't be as organized as before.

So do you confirm that the rebuild database thing won't harm my games and homebrew?

Rebuilding database won't harm any games or homebrew. Your PSN info is gone though, so if you backup your xregistry.sys, rebuild, then copy back over, then it'll be like nothing happened. Also, if you copy over usb with the xmb, then it'll organize everything like it was before too.
