either direct download from PSN or you ask someone who downloaded it from PSN to share his Edit data with you , I still don't have it on PS3 yet ...

Are you sure its on PSN? I thought you can only download it through the game's gallery menu.

Yes it is on PSN, the game asks you to sign in to PSN before checking for the DLC
It includes new Kits , boots , Wallpapers , in addition to the latest players status updates and transfers .
