To get the newest hex file (Hermes v4b) + the "burner" application (Flip) you need to go to this site: bsdownload.com and download the files from there.

Yes, the chip is an AT90USB162, but I haven't actually tried installing another "generic" hex file (like the Teensy one) on mine yet. I've heard they work too, but have not tried it myself. The hex files provided by the P3Hub manufacturer work perfectly well, so have not seen the need to experiment yet :-)
