Out of ideas.. (Broken BD)

So I downgraded and forgt to take a backup of dev_flash3.

I've tried to remarry, download "fixes" and I still get "playback of bds is prohibited on this system"

Please help!

Remarrying won't fix it. Remarrying is only done when you put a different drive in the ps3. You'll have to get drl/mkb files from a movie to fix it, which is the second link tthousand gave you.

Thanks a lot. I've working on getting these DRL files however the DRLCopy doesn't so is it okay to just copy them manually to dev_flash3?

Bump indeed. I've been trying to fix this Fat here for 4 hours, downgrading with diff files. right now I'm in service mode with 2.10 PUP restoring def settings... it's been saying that for like 15 min now and I'm sure it's not going to work.

Kant someone just make a homebrew app that fixes BD settings in 2 seconds? Why is this such ball torture?

WHY!?

It's been on "Restoring default settings... Do not turn off system" msg for like an hour.
I don't know what the **** I'm doing!
I suppose I lost this guys game saves too?
What a cluster ****!

Well nothing at all worked!

Last ditch, tried FTPing Dev_Flash3 from another PS3, didn't work either. I backed up folder first but seems directories were empty anyway?

I'm pissed, wasted 5 hours on this... ****ing JB site had absolutely no warning about loosing BD back when we did the Downgrade!
