one ps3 for online one for back-ups

Hi just a quick nod from you guys just got a new ps3 with ver.3.6 so going to update and use online and my 3.55 for backups. haven't been keeping up with the scene for a while do you recommend to go ahead ok or anything i should hold back for. probably a silly question but just checking.

I'm planning on doing the same thing. I figure every game made before or on 3.55 on one system and any games I can afford from 3.56 and onward on the other system. If the community manages to exploit a higher version, use it on the hacked system and keep the legit console fully updated all the time. You win no matter what.

Sure, go ahead and update the 3.6 unless you want both to be a back up playable system. I have already been playing my back ups on my 3.55 and online with my 3.7. Enjoy!
