Stick it in a external USB enclosure, format to fat32, use as extra hdd space.
i've purchased little usb 2.0 -> 2.5in sata ext hdd enclosures from ebay or fry's electronics or even bestbuy... usually on sale. my original ps3 slim's 120gb hdd currently sits in a usb enclosure i bought at fry's on sale for $7. works great (albeit a little small, but it does its job!)! usb 2.0 speeds are 480mbps peak.... decent transfer rate
