ONce ps3 is started using P3GO, can i remove it from the usb?

Well you didn't put a ? mark so I don't know if your asking a question xD but anyway if that was a question, I would think you can, from what I know, the only dongle that you can't take it out of is the original PSJAILBREAK. With PSFreedom you can take the device out of the PS3 and I think its the same with PSGroove. Why don't you try it, I'm pretty sure that the worst thing that can happen is the PS3 will freeze xD and you'll have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in to turn it back on but I'm not really sure, if your too worried about something happening to the PS3, then wait until another member that has one can confirm it.

yes after the Ps3 is on and jailbroke you may take out the P3Go, but as KoOlKiDsKluB mentioned above when you restart the system don't forget to reinsert it to jailbreak again
