OK so I received my board a couple of days ago and have been trying to program it via FLIP but it never works. I've used just about every different hex I can find but nothing works. I open flip and connect my board, then load the hex. Then have it "erase, program, verify." then I hit the start application button. But whenever I put it into my ps3 slim (yes I unplugged the console), then plug it in, turn it on and immediately hit eject and nothing happens. It either boots normally or states that I inserted an unrecognized usb device, or just leaves the ps3 on a black screen with no activity depending on which hex I used. Could someone please try to help because this is driving me ****ing crazy!

    Thanks,
    RedneckWizard

The correct hex file is here:
http://psx-scene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65328 (Hex File Collection For Various Boards)

Then make sure you flash your board correctly.
First make sure its in DFU mode before you flash:

Press and hold the the RST button (Reset), while holding on the RST button, Press and hold the HWB button (Hardware).

Then release the RST button while holding onto the HWB button and once you release the HWB button, release the RST button.

    Read more here:
    http://psx-scene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65332 (Flashing Guide: Olimex AVR-USB-162+AVR-USB-STK - PSGroove)

Also make sure there is no other usb device connected to the ps3 on startup otherwise in wont work!
