Old ps3 jailbreak problem
Old ps3 jailbreak problem –

I have probably spent all in all about a good 6 hours looking and researching into jailbreaking my ps3. and I would really appreciate help
Basically i brought a cheap ps3 purposly for jailbreaking its pretty old but the firmware is 4.00. I researched that there is not a custom firmware bigger then 3.55. so if you see a jailbroken video at custom firmware 4.11 or something. its not real, and it could brick your ps3. is this true?
I also never used a soldering iron so therethore feel a bit nervous installing the e3 flasher. but is there a alterative way?
if there isnt a alternative way could i possibly send someone the ps3 and the e3 flasher and they could do it for me?
Its: cechg03
please help i honestly have looked, and i didn't want to come to bug anyone reading the same old thing, but i cant find proper information. everything to me on this CFW for ps3 websites and stuff seems like a scam. but i trust this site.

No jailbreak is available for 3.55+ firmwares. Your only option is the e3 device.

CECHG = NAND, e3 flasher is only for NOR, you need a NAND flasher.
