Old head having problems. Just went from 3.55 Kemaw > REBUG 4.21.2 REX and having issues

So I went strait from Kemaw 3.55 to REBUG 4.21.2 REX EDITION , following these steps.

Flagged QA mode on my PS3. I got the Update and the Toolbox, Installed the Rex Edition update, installed toolbox and opened the toolbox, set the debugs on for the first 2 options so that I could use PSN (Worked). Installed multiman for 4.21 Rex, and put a game on my HD. I have a game in my PS3, and made sure this was a recent title on my external HDD. Tried to load the game through multiman and it gave me the "Game Quit no Request Event" error... but the game still shows up under the game option of XMB. Try to load it and it gives me an error message.

I can't get any game to load except older games (Even ones with modified Eboots) which leads me to be very confused, because I read that they shouldn't be working.

I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong, but this is a game that people have confirmed are working. So did I do something out of order? Do I need to format or get BDEMU2? I can't seem to find anything, and from what I remember, BDEMU2 was for BD emulation, which I have a game in the drive so that shouldn't be needed.

Not sure what just happened, decided to update multiman, and then it is now letting me play the games....

Feel like a scrub, shoulda just did that on day 1... gah...
