Ok so i have 2 ps3's one on ofw 3.72 and one on cfw 3.55-kmeaw
Now the ps3 that is on cfw is completly dead i mean had red/yellow light and i fixed that and now it has it again and the fix is not working....
So i am wondering can i take the cfw one apart and the ofw as well and combine them into one working ps3 with a fw less than 3.72?
I no this is a long shot as the processors and everything are all linked to one specific system but i was just curious to see what i could do and find out?
Has anyone tried anything like this yet?
If so did it work or was it a bust?

No, the only thing that might be possible is using parts from the 3.72 to fix the Kmeaw which wouldn't be smart. You should sell both of them and buy a console with 3.55 or under, or sell the Kmeaw and put the cash towards a E3 flasher or progskeet to downgrade the 3.72

I was thinking that it might be next to impossible, thanks for the advice i guess i will sell the kmeaw and use the progskeet to downgrade.
Was worth asking just to see what options would have been opened if this was possible.
