OFW 3.70 - Downgrade - please Help

My system updated by itself today, without me clicking update, is there a way to downgrade from 3.70??? Please help, I cant run anmy of my back ups

Get this straight there is no CFW for 3.70 you are stuck on that firmware and the reason your system updated itself is because you may be a PSN+ user with automatic downloads on.

So there's also no chance of downgrading Slim ps3 3.66 ofw now ?
This shit is more harder than PSP's Firmware..
But i heard something about Infectus method, what about that ?

Im having a hard time believing that your ps3 just updated by itself but anyways why would you have your ps3 connected to the internet that is a HUGE liability... but your best bet is two things

1. Sell your ps3 and get another one with 3.55 or lower
2. WAIT for a mod that can downgrade but keep in mind as of yet there is no downgrading as of the moment... and its gunna be a pretty long time until something gets released but seeing that you already had backups and all just enjoy the online game play for now I gave you your two options its up to you to decide
