Is official Psjailbreak compatible with Hermes Payload V4?

I would like to know if there is a way to play with games that require fw 3.42. I know that some people can launch these games, but with dongle compatible with hermes payload v4.

Is there a similar way to play these games with official psjailbreak dongle ?

Nope. If you have an official PSJB, then the only payloads you can use on that device are the ones from PSJB. It's a closed source, proprietary dongle. And, unfortunately for you, their site has been down for 10 days or so with no word as to why.
