Has anyone ever seen or know how to make a on-off switch for the slim instead of constantly pull out the power cable?

i guess it would be described as a box with a switch that the power cable plugs into, then the box plugs into the ps3 obviously with the same connection type. all it would need to do is cut the powr to the ps3 just like the phat version. any ideas?

It is often called a "power extension" (buy one with a switch).

    That's what I use

you could just buy a switch from radio shack and cut open the plug wire then install the switch onto one of the wires
