I think the bans are out. Im getting error "You cannot use Playstation Network with this account"

Yes I just turned on the PS3 after it being off for 3 days, and instantly on the top right corner I got that message, I then tried logging in and same message: You cannot use Playstation Network with this account...

Running Phat PS3 3.55Kmeaw

I wonder if creating a new PSN account will work?

I take it you were on 3.55 too? Or have you played Black Ops II?

yeah im on 3.55 rebug with sen enabler and yes i have played black ops lol

I am on 3.55kmeaw, I've played black ops 2, but was never able to reach any server. Does that make a differene?
Also how does one go about making a new PSN account? Will it work?
I guess I should update to Rogeros new Cfw is 3.55 is always going to be in danger?

I think the people who are getting banned are mostly on 3.55 and 4.21, haven't seen anyone report that they're banned using rogeros latest.

Last night I turned on my PS3 from being OFF for over 3 days....

I did receive the Error: 0x8002a231 You cannot use Playstation Network with this account

5 Days ago, I tried loading BlackOps2 and was greeted with "Servers Unavailable", I played one level OFFLINE, and then shut game off.

I am on 3.55Kmeaw CFW Phat PS3.

I have tried 2 other PSN account all with same or similar errors...

Questions:
How long is the Suspension?
Can I Un-ban myself somehow? (Upgrading CFW; Rogero? PS3 Clone somehow?)
I have a second CFW PS3 that my brother uses and he will never go online, can I clone or use his certs to fix mine?
