No apps works black screen

I jailbroke my ps3 but I get the install pkg folder and everything but eveytime I install backup manager it don't work just acts like it's goin to launch but just get a black screen, all the apps do this. I'm using htc g1 to jailbreak. I flAshed my g1 three times and tried Amon recovery and the psfreedom enable flash and still get the same result, I'm on 3.41 and i have formatted my ps3 hd two times and still same result. If there is someone that have had this problem please help i got three weeks stuck and i have downloaded all the backup mangers I can get and still same result.

you using Port 1?

it could be a problem with your jailbreaking device also. Have you verified anyone else using it succesfully?

Yes I verified I'm using all the guides and files that people are using to jailbreak their systems
