Hello everyone! I just purchased a Ps3 and VIta and shortly after I updated both systems to their current firmware did I discover this website. After doing alot of reading I still don't know what to do. I don't have an interest in playing my "backed up" games. All I want is to be able to take advantage of the Vita's remote play feature and play the ps3 games I currently own on my Vita. If anyone could direct my on the best CFW / how to downgrade if needed / how to get remote play to work/ That would be fantastic.

I'm pretty sure not all games work with remote play. I don't think there is anything on CFW that allows you to play all ps3 games on the vita. You will have to wait for games to come out that support it. Here is a list of compatible PS3 games that you can play on your Vita: Here

Meh hate to burst your bubble but not that many games work on it. Sony "falsely advertised" that the PS Vita could fully do a 100% remote play but that is only limited with CFW.

It haves alot to do with the specs another thing that Sony "falsely advertised" that the vita would be as powerful as a ps3. But most importantly it's not even worth even looking into. The games that do work on remote play you cant "fully" play them anyway it's only alot of drawbacks.

IMO: If I were you I would sell the vita it's just alot of hype and never lived up to the customers expectations and I would just buy more ps3 games. I cant think of 10 independent games that didn't rely on a port that was truly outstanding.

Are the only games I think are good on the vita but it is not worth the $250 price tag.Idk about you but I think that the vita is Sony's WORST product that they put to the table. They lost taste/originality by stooping so low trying to do with Nintendo do and made things so touch orientated if I wanted to have a touch screen hand-held I would buy a Nintendo.
