Hey i want to put my backups on my external 1TB Hard Drive from WD Elements i got it from Tesco ( http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.206-4435.aspx ) as a cheap one... well i got two infact one for PC and one for ps3 but i cannot seem to format it to fat32 i tried using DOS and it took ages then it came back with too large to format to fat32 or something simmilar i also checked under windows and it says it can only format to exFat and NTFS.

so can you help me work out a way to format it to fat32 as it currently is NTFS and not picked up by the ps3

    many thanks

Go to control panel >>> Administrative tool >>> Computer Management >>> Disk Management >>> Format the hard drive you want.

    Or

    use Swiffknife (google it)
