hi there can some one help me out please

do you know how i can play backup games from my internal hd.

and what i need to do this

i have read the ps3break does this is this true? but the PIC one is no good cos it does not update does it matter if it does not update

i have also heard the ps3jailbreak is good

i am totally lost

about what i need

and what needs to be installed on the ps3

hey jet,
you can use many things to run backups on ps3 but they must be backup manger compatible / enabled versions (that allow blu-ray emulation) if i was you i would get a free / cheap one for example psgroove ported to a calculator or a port of psfreedom to one of your devices that are compatible i hear the HTC ports are good with the custom recovery as you can pick one of a list of different payloads for psfreedom so you can have homebrew blu-ray emulation peek / poke etc

what you will need after you have done this is to install backup manager or open manager to your ps3 via a usb stick once done you will be able to run it with the blu-ray enabled payload and allows you to run backups of your own games

note: you need to compile your open manager yourself
