Netflix plus jailbroken?

Ok , I have been trying to do some research and I have been getting answers that go both ways on this.

I was reading that if you jailbreak your ps3 you can get banned online?
But after reading KaKaRoTo Kind of ´Jailbreak´ it sais no
So I do have 4.0 and im waiting for that to be released. What has your guys experience on it been?
The main reason i ask is because i would still like to play netflix once i am able to jailbreak so do you think i can still play online and do netflix without getting banned?

If Netflix is an issue for you, get a inexpensive Blue-Ray player that has Netflix as an app. Lucky for me my HDTV has Netflix as an app.

I am sure even if they banned your account, you could still use NetFlix on your PS3 with services like PlayOn.Tv and devices like ORB BD. Neither of those options require that you need a PSN account.
