Open it up and check what chip is inside (PIC, Atmel...and the model number). Maybe the device hasn't been flashed (which is why it isn't doing anything at all). If this is the case, you may be able to flash your own hex files or perhaps it's just dead :S

Insert Jailbreak, unplug power, plug in power , start/eject.

Anyhow, i think you have the fake PS Jailbreak and it is either dead or as Sylpher suggested, it may need to be flashed.

no its not fake .... with this JB i play ps3 game

Is that video yours, or did you just copy it, the person in the video, claims it never worked and the person in the video has what i think is a fake PS Jailbreak...
