03-18-2012,12:23 AMgoogle this "model number + base firmware" if it's 3.55 or lower you can downgrade with a flasher (E3 or progskeet) if it's 3.56 or higher don't bother. It's not worth messing with or not doable depending on the number

03-18-2012,12:24 AMi tried for about a month and a half on 4.11 never did get anywhere...i just luckily happened to find a broke ps3 at a pawn shop for 40 bucks and replaced the harddrive and it ask for 3.55 or higher so i went with kmeaw 3.55 cfw
