need help with gt5

Hello guys! I have a problem with gt5. I am using kmeaw 3.55. I tried all managers (rogero, mm, gaia) with the same issue. I load the game from xmb via app_game discless mode on because I have a dead blu-ray lense. After that it goes in black screen but wont load any further. I can still use the ps button to exit back to xmb so it's not a freeze, but it won't load further then a black screen. Any ideas? Should I patch it to 1.05? Will that solve my problem?

I've searched. I also updated to 1.05 and replaced the eboot with the corresponding one. I am using latest multimanager and still getting the same error. The game just wont boot further than a black screen, and then I can only quit back to XMB with the PS button...

Hey Alex...

I also have a fat ps3, dead laser, and I have GT5 booting off my internal hdd.

I use Multiman 1.13.4 and GT works great. I did all the necessary updates for the game. try and re-rip your game perhaps?

forgot to mention that I also use kmeaw 3.55 fw.

Nvm I got it to work finally

Ran fixpermissions, after that the latest multiman and booted from app_game. It works like a charm

I had it onto a external hd and it gives me error 80010009.
CFW Kmeaw...

Should i try to install it into my internal HD or do i need a patch?
I have the original eboot.bin
