need help been trying for the last 3 hours

so i refused to ask for help until i tried out all the tuts.
i am new at the scene and today was my first jailbreaking and it was a success.
instale 3.55 then 3.55 kmaew on my 3.41 ps3.
multiman is in aswell and all the fixes.
and i finished doing this 3 hours ago, so for the last 3 hours i have been tring to conect my ps3 to the pc i tried flashfxp and that zilla thing nothing i have followed all the tuts hir on ps3 iso even tried on youtube i tried changin the ip t0 10.1.1.2 like in a few tuts.tried my original ip just can not figure out what i am doing wrong.
oh and i do not have an external hd

Some info on your network would be useful. What IP does your PC have and the same for the PS3, also what errors are you getting from your ftp client (filezilla etc.)

PS3 and PC must be on the same subnet , for example 192.168.1.xx - only the xx can be different all the rest of the numbers must be the same on both PC & PS3

If you're using multiman make sure it's running then fire up filezilla connect to the PS3 by typing in the PS3's IP address as the host address, port must be 21 and username anonymous, no need to enter a password for multiman

if you are using MultiMan's ftp then you NEED to use FileZilla (grab it here, it is free: FileZilla - Client Download) (FlashFXP unfortunatelly does not work with MM)

my ip adres is 192.169.0.13 i tried that thing when i change it to 10.1.1.2 and nothing,my only problem is conecting my ps3 to pc

i figured everything out now i am having problems with lunching the game.
do i have to have a original game in the dvd drive?
