Need to downgrade multiple ps3 consoles

Hi all,

In case i need to downgrade all the consoles to 3.55, SHould i buy multiple e3 flashers ? Or a single e3 flasher can be clipped, downgraded and removed(THEN USE ON ANOTHER CONSOLE) ?

I am bad at soldering and would always prefer the e3 clip version..

Yes, you can remove the flasher after use.
The only thing you won't be able to re-use is the thermal paste

And we can use the same flasher to downgrade another console right ? I read that 3.55 cutoff fw is installed that allows usage of multiman. Ok, i heard somebody say that ps3 wont boot without the e3 flasher inside.

I read somewhere that you e3 said you can't use it with another console, but I guess nobody has actually tested it, if anything get a progskeet with a nand clip, that should work fine

Precisely!!

How tedious this e3 flasher installation process is. By the time all e3 flasher is shipped to the scene and reviews are abundant, new cfw 3.72 will be released and much money wasted on flashers...

I found a tutorial here that says you can use the e3 flasher on multiple ps3's. But haven't tried it yet.

Anyways I don't think the OP needs this anymore. It seemed like it was very time sensitive.
