Did this happen out of the blue or were you doing something like installing a new firmware?

Well the more details you provide, the better chance you will have with getting a solution. What firmware are you on? What were you going to? Did you have QA enabled?

1.i was on rogero 3.55 installing rogero 4.21 v1.09 in recovery mode and yes i did activate QA toggle
2.while rogero 4.21 1.09 firmware installation was in between 60-70 percent then it shot up to 100 % then turn it self off and then all the craziness started to happen.
3.my guess maybe it didn't shot up to 100% just shut off in between 60-70 percent i don't really know it happen so fast i just saw thei nstallation progress bar fill all the way up

Well, shooting to 100% is actually normal. Although it doesn't seem like it should matter, but the instructions on Rebug's site does say to install from the XBM. Maybe that's where you went wrong? Sorry, I don't have much advice on getting your system fixed though.
