So guys I'll put this really simple.
I have a PS3 slim with a 320gb internal HDD (not sure of the model) and it came with the 3.40 installed. I've updated it to the 3.55 OFW which is it's current FW. Now I have some questions: :)
1 - Should I go to Kmeaw or Wanin v1?
2 - Should I wait for the v2 of Wanin or I can just install one of the current CFW, enjoy the current stuff and change later if the Wanin v2 is the way to go?

Well, first thing is if you plan on playing online then you can throw that idea out of the window at the moment, so if you DO want to play online stick to your ofw and update to 3.56.
I personally would go with Kmeaw over Wanin for the simple fact that Wanin's seemed to freeze a lot more even when using the newest multiman than if you were to use Kmeaw + the latest multiman, at least in my experiences. So in my opinion, in terms of stability, kmeaw + newest MM.

well if u like to use kmeaw u can directly update to cfw 3.55 not like waninkoko u need to update to OFW 3.55 then recovery then cfw kmeaw...Quote:

Use wutangrza cfw... it is the safest and bug free cfw out for now! :D
even with the latest updates to lv2 that Kmeaw has released? Can I go to Kmeaw, try it and if it doesn't work great for me install another CFW without a problem?Quote:

just get kmeaw and one of the newer managers, everyone has a different opinion because they recommend what they are using..
kmeaw works fine with the newest gaia/multiman
so if I go with multiman do I need to run the fix permissions thing or all I have to do is start my console and run the manager?
Iam running kmeaw with rogero and when i ftp a game to my hdd i use fix permissions (L1+R3). It runs good but it tends to freeze sometimes (though this is only in XMB when u are running a game your all good and nothing bad will happen).
