I bought a Super AVR USB Development Board off ebaybut it doesn't seem to be working. It only has one button and while I'm able to load the hex files onto the board via Atmel Flip, it doesn't work on the PS3. Here are some pics of the board...

It could be that it doesn't have a bootloader. Don't hold me to that... and I don't where you'd get one, but it sounds possible

It looks good and sholud work without any problems. Maybe you use wrong hexes.
Try hex for Teensy 1 or Minimus v1.

It does have a bootloader, otherwise it wouldn't work in Flip.
The board is fine and well designed.

Oops, that's important. Boards I mentioned are 16MHz.
Use this website to make hex files. I already made one for you and attached it with screenshot of proper configuration for LEDs on this board.

OK so now I got the chip working, but I guess I have the wrong hex file. When I choose "/app_home/PS3_Game/" i get a message that says "An error occurred during the start of the operation. (80028F14)" when I choose "Install Package Files" nothing happens. I'm on the new PS3 by the way.

Just to clarify I'm using an 8mhz chip on the new PS3 running firmware 3.41.
