Multiplayer on original games w/ 3.55CFW?

Quick question:

Is it possible for Sony to do anything if I enable my consoles internet just to play my original bluray games and not the backups if I'm on geohots 3.55?? Should I be safe from any possible future bans if the only time I enable my internet is for original disk games?

my real games work perfectly online like it should pre-jailbreak. and all answers pertaining to possible bans is speculation.

true.. even if they ban.. we were banning ourselves from not updating/ using it.. i ain't gonna lie i'm enjoying my psn again though
