Ok i'm on ofw 3.70 on my 60 gb phat, can it still be modded and if so how?

Dude chill the purpose of a forum is for people to get help. The search function doesnt work very well anyway unless you have been a member here and know exactly what to search for....

To answer your question there is a very difficult method that involves soldering tiny wires and flashing your nand chip. Hopefully in a few weeks though a solderless nand flasher will be available from E3. It has been postponed for now....I dont know much details other than that. I saw the nor flasher for the slims and it looks EPIC! I cant wait till the one for nands comes out.
Besides that there is no way to downgrade or jail break your system.

Again, we need a sticky FAQ page that we can refer people too. I can see both sides of this. New people come to the site for answers, and even with the search, they can come away unsure. Members of the site get tired of answering the same questions over and over. I get it.

A few months ago, there was a front page newbie guide. It quickly was buried under newer news items. What is needed is a sticky FAQ that is updated regularly.

Maybe some day mathuleith's exploit will no longer work on new firmwares and he'll release it. And before people say 3.70 isn't hacked it is that is how he got the xi passphrase (along with calculating it). But until then get ready to soilder or buy the soilderless chip when it gets released.
