Minimus AVR - keep getting "erasing done" message, rather than "verify pass"
Minimus AVR - keep getting "erasing done" message, rather than "verify pass" –
Okay so the first time I used the wrong hex, and so now I'm flashing again. I have reset the dongle (as far as I know), but when I try to flash, and get to the final stage, in the bottom corner it says "erasing done" rather than "verify pass" - how do I stop it doing this and get it to flash the actual hex??
I was having similar problems. instead of using the 'all in one' button (erase, check, program, verify), use the 4 buttons at the top to erase then check, program then verify 1 by 1.
Not saying this will work for you but its how I done mine in the end.
(edit: i'm presuming you are using Atmel Flip software by the way)
I also have the minimus avr-usb, accompanied by atmel flip and as of yet i have had no problems with flashing new hex files to it. Dont know if it will be of any help to u, but, this is what i do, place minimus in pc usb drive, press and hold RESET, press and hold HWB, release RESET, release HWB, start atmel flip and minimus should now read as blank and accept any new hex file without any issues, hope this helps ya.
