Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10?

Is there any way that these games (Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10) can be converted for play on a PSP?

Yes you can, actually. Well, sort of. Get a Wii emulator (like Dolphin, I suppose, not sure if it'll actually run WADs or not), and there's a PSP program called PSPdisp to transfer the video from your PC to your PSP.
