Max or Minimus Avr USB..??

Which one is better & whats the difference..??
Does anyone sell these enclosed in a case at all..??

I think most people, myself included, would recommend Minimus.

Unfortunately the official Minimus case isn't available yet and I don't think an official Maximus case exists.

I dont think there is much of a difference just cosmetic. Iv got Minimus its great.

I'm so confused... so many boards... so many hexes... so many weird applications. Why can't someone make this easier like the Wii?

I agree! It's a darn mess to keep up with and track on the Wii. I liked it for a while but it got old. Add to the fact our son doesn't play the Wii anymore and we're trying to trade/sell it for another PS3 to keep offline.

I own both...

Functionally they are exactly the same...my advice is to buy which ever one you might be lucky to get your hands on!!

I do prefer the Minimus as it has the USB end on it...but they both work exactly the same, are flashed the same way, and even the .hex flash is the same!!

LOL...yes go ahead and drool...that is 12 Mini's and 1 Maxi I own...I have an awesome supplier!!

the only difference is team xecuter and team maximus, other than that they achieve the same exact goal

there is no case for maximus because there is no need for one, other than you want one, I cant believe people are making a big deal about a case. the Maximus barely sticks out beyond the edge of the PS3 how is a case going to make it any easier to access, a case on max or min really achieves no goal, you're just going to struggle hard to get in programming mode as the cases don't have HUGE button to access, you would need to stock something in a hole (hahah) to gain access to program buttons, this is why these where designed with no cases; so we don't have to have people complain about using a paper clip to hold down 2 buttons to gain programmation mode

honestly a case will bring more complaints when you REALLY look at how you have to access programming mode
