Mass Effect 2 DLC no longer working after 1.03?

I downloaded the Mass Effect 1 comic when the game first game out (when we could still use PSN) and it worked fine. Yesterday I was in the mood for a little Mass Effect so I started it up and got asked to update to 1.03 and after confirming it wasn't 3.6x and I could still play it I updated. After that I started the game and the comic no longer plays when I start a new game. Is this because I updated or is it something else? Any help would be appreciated.

Will not work with Cerberus Network or DLC unless it is on the internal drive.

Edit:

I've put it back internal, and tried the fix permission option in multiman but still nothing. Could it be something to with with DLC activation or something like that maybe?

Going to try to FTP directly to the internal drive instead of copying from external, maybe there was an error during the copy.
