Manager Interoperability? –
First of all, Why dont they use the same folder path for games on the internal drive, so that i can use them at choice, but instead each one uses a different folder path?
Also why do the games get deleted if you erase the manager itself?
Is there a way to implement user specific lv2 version patch and not the one that already comes with?
Sounds like you're using some really old backup managers.
they can all be configured to look where ever you want for games now. the reason your games are deleted when you remove the manager is because it's configured to use a folder within it's own folder to store games - always best to get set up to use a directory like /dev_hdd0/GAMES or something.
tl;dr version - get a current backup manager.

Not really. I'm using Rogero 7.8 Stelath_ID as my primary manager, and GAIA (I think 2.01). Actuallyi just have GAIA installed, i dont really use it. I dont know if you can configure path for internal games but it doesnt see the games i have installed with ROGERO. I also want to try the new multiman, and i dont know if this would see the games as well!

Rogero 7.9/8.0 and Multiman latest are the ones to use at the moment
