Making backup's question

Hi

Ive managed to backup some of my games fine, im using 3.55 kmeaw and have tried both gaia 2.07 and multiman 1.15.04, now ive not gone through my whole collection but so far I cannot get Motorstorm Pacific Drift to backup at all and MGS4 hangs at 66gb or 20gb.

Is it something I'm doing or is this a known issue?

I think it has something to do with the number of files, I also believe that is an internal only game, try backing up with Rogero

Ah ok will do, I am trying to backup to internal drive also

I just installed Rogero v8 and it said something about it having too many small files so the progress bar wouls stop, if thats the case I would I know when its finished

no progress bar, but I believe it will read files done compared to files total

cheers 10gb done so far, another question

Once I have all my backups on my hdd, can I just remove the hdd and connect to pc should I need space on internal and drag them off onto my pc's hdd to save having to do the backup again if I ever wanted too

MGS4 has stopped at the same point as with gaia and multiman, ill leave it for a bit as ill be going out for a couple of hours hopefully ill come back and it will be complete

no PC will not recognize the format of internal HDD

Are you attempting to put those games on an external drive? If so, those two games will not back up to external because they have files greater than 4 GB. Back them up to your internal drive. You can check for compatability here: PS Jailbreak Compatibility List - Home
