lv2 patcher? –

Hi,
I have a 80gb ps3 (fat) and earlier today i jailbroke it.. using kmeaws cfw.
I did not install lv2 patcher.. and now i have gaia manager(MGS4 backed up) and snes emulator.
would it be ok for me to install lv2 patcher? my gaia manager is v 2.04

You'll want a BM that doesn't do auto-patching if you're going to use the lv2 patcher. Get Rogero 7.8 or MultiMan 1.13.04 (has auto-patching but it's off by default). And, yes, you can install lv2.pkg at any point.

Thanks for the fast reply, cOnsidering I have Gaia manager 2.04(first version of interfaced lv2 patching I believe) does this then mean I am not required to patch lv2?
I quite like Gaia.

Yeah, but a lot of users complained that 2.04 crashed alot on them. Check the changes in the OP of the Gaia BM thread on the front page for which ones have lv2 patching.

Seeing as im not experiencing any crashing, I think Ill leave it how it is.
