Lots of new scene releases - Thought that didnt work?

So i asked before

If i own a game, if i can download the game from internet and put on my external drive, you guys said it doesnt work yet, but now i saw on the net there is a lot of games dumped using backup manager.

Yea, that's a very sketchy area to be in, and depending on where you live it may be illegal regardless of whether or not you own the game.
