looking for homebrew for capture video in game.

as told in the title i'm looking for an homebrew that can capture the video (any qualities, ofc high quality is better) (also with sound is ok)

Not to be a negative Nancy, but I doubt something like this is even possible. The PS3 has a very narrow amount of CPU cycles and memory left while running games. Let alone the need for a firmware that would allow for a background process to be running silutaneously with games. I would look into a hardware solution.
